Managing Consultant/Associate Director is required to assist in the growth of the Business Consultancy arm of Scott Wilson PLC.
London £ Flexible upon experience
The Managing Consultant/Associate Director is a new role within an existing Business Consultancy team of more than 40. As a result of continued success and rapid expansion of the Business Consultancy team, an opportunity has arisen to add further management support, leadership and specialist expertise.
The key responsibilities and duties will include:
1. To provide specialist/expert advice to clients on financial risk, financial modelling and analysis, project funding and financial structuring/engineering.
2. To manage the delivery of assignments and provide leadership to a small but growing team of financial analysts, modellers and advisers.
3. Managing and maintaining key clients relationships as well as developing new clients for Scott Wilson PLC The successful candidate is likely to be specialist project accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified) within either an engineering and construction business, an advisor within a project finance investment organisation/investment bank or a senior level consultant in a mainstream management consultancy. It is essential that applicants will have had broad exposure to project finance based upon the UK's PPP and PFI models. He/She will also possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills along with the ability to manage projects and people. Any international project finance experience or exposure to the Transport, property, renewable energy or utilities sectors would be desirable.
Scott Wilson Business Consultancy provides a wide range of strategic and procurement advisory services to clients across a number of market sectors (transport, property, environment).
These include: commercial, technical, financial and PPP advice to both private and public sector clients. It also provides the business focus and consultancy lead to many of the Scott Wilson Group's core technical activities.
