Malawi Chichlids Shaking

Cholewicka, Żogała. How else would such stories?

For five years, describing the fight against tax fraud Cholewicki Nina, small woman with Chmielnik that the state demands 12 mln zł compensation for the fact that it destroyed the company treasury. I thought the second such story in our region was not. Until last week.

Then I got on the desk copy of the petition, which drew up the state treasury against lawyer Stephen Żogały, entrepreneurs from around Polaniec Łubnice. He calls for even more, as many as 16 million zł, for the same - according to the application of Treasury officials led to a thriving company that collapsed, and Stefan Żogała fell into debt.

When I visit the man in the bankrupt company did not give the impression of an arrogant millionaire. Keeps repeating that he was honest and that neither skarbówka nor the prosecutor did not gathered any evidence against him, which obroniłyby in court, finally, that the same skarbówka withdrew their allegations. But what of that, when previously, blocking his account, and deterring contractors, hustled into a long and led to the bankruptcy?

Many are common in these two stories not yet completed. I Cholewicka and Żogała worried about what people say to those they possibly win millions, or for the mere fact of such demand astronomical sums. And in both cases, it appears that these fears are unfounded. Under my articles posted hundreds of internet comments, we received many e-mails and phone calls. With a candle to find even one who would say that the claims of damaged businesses is prohibitive. And there are those who would like to win them in court even more.

Discussions for this raises is who should pay such compensation if the court finds, of course, that entrepreneurs are right. "Zlicytować officials to prison!" - Comes up often. Interesting advice, but not very practical because you would probably zlicytować several offices to get from the sale of those millions ...

The truth is that for the mistakes of officials, society pays twice. Once, when collapsing the company ceases to relieve the workers and pay taxes, the second time when the court orders to pay compensation.

And it is not just theorizing. Such sentences are for Poland each week. Over the past three years the state lost more than 160 processes and had to pay 100 mln zł compensation.
