Shortbread cookies. With razor. As easy as it once was.
Just ... a little bit of whole wheat and additives;) (wiecie. .. children and men ... do not need to know about it;))
recently, probably from the flu, and antibiotics, my body itself requires some components.
And so in the middle of the night eating fruit salads, I love duuuże amount of flaxseed in bread, carrot juice I could drink from dawn to dusk ...
And then cakes, which arranged the provision itself ...
rolled oats, flax seed, almonds, wholemeal flour:)
basis is a recipe for shortcrust pastry, which has already handed here.
Today tuning in the direction of whole-grain;)
Wholemeal cookies with GRINDER
220 g bread flour type 550
80 g whole-wheat flour type 1850
5 egg yolks 2 tablespoons cream
of butter 50 g linseed
50 grams of oatmeal after a handful of
: sesame and sunflower seeds
tablespoon ground almonds
teaspoon vanilla extract 80-100 g of cane sugar (depends how sweet like)
pinch of salt pinch of baking powder
linseed flakes, pour boiling water, covered and allowed to stand - to cool (at least 30 minutes before adding to dough).
beans, salt, powder - mix with flour.
slicing cold butter pieces, hacks with sugar, I add egg yolks - and then gradually loose components. At the end I add the cream. Knead dough crisp, which is cooled for 30 minutes.
oven heats to 180 degrees
cake passed through the clipper with the tip of the cakes.
bake about 30 minutes.
sprinkle with icing, chocolate sauce ... tastes great with jam or nutella ....
