My kitchen is still a topic of grains, pods, stems. And while Household
much longer complain and yearn for the "ground and pancakes ...", I believe that since I have so much desire for any kind of embryos - it is apparently something in my body looking for them.



So today, for those who like or want to try it - delicious, fragrant, fill and Ostrava fried chickpea:)



Chickpeas FRIED
recipe comes from the book "Macrobiotic dishes, with my changes

300 g of chickpea seeds

2 small onions
bunch parsley 3 tablespoons butter


2-3 tablespoons soy sauce freshly
milony pepper


chickpeas overnight pour water in the morning and cook - in the same water - about 2 hours. If you pour boiling water, but generally cook over low heat.
drain off.
cook onions in butter until golden brown, I add the chickpeas and cook about time - 10-15 minutes. Sojom seasoned sauce, pepper. At the end, before serving sprinkle chopped parsley parsley.
