Chickpeas FRIED
recipe comes from the book "Macrobiotic dishes, with my changes
300 g of chickpea seeds
2 small onions
bunch parsley 3 tablespoons butter
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce freshly

chickpeas overnight pour water in the morning and cook - in the same water - about 2 hours. If you pour boiling water, but generally cook over low heat.
drain off.
