first day in Uppsala began a visit to the Institution for Noriska Jazyk, where we were welcomed by the Prefect Staffan Fridell, teacher Danish Liese Horneman Hansen ora from one of the editors of the dictionary SAOB Lenart Larsson. After classes and lunch we went to an interesting meeting with Lenart Larsson, who spoke about the history of the dictionary SAOB , and his work on creating the next volumes. SAOB is one of the largest European dictionaries, which covers more than half a million words. So far, it has 34 volumes and ends with the letter T. The work on the last 120 years, it is planned that completed until after the year 2017. To develop a glossary of longer editor-in takes about 3 months, not to mention the editors crowd control, by which the password must pass before it goes to print.
