PANCAKES ZIEMNIACZNE
1 kg potatoes 3 large eggs 3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons milk pinch of salt
oil
frying pancakes wipe in a food processor with medium mesh. For the first time cast the juice of potatoes immediately after friction. Then I add a (pretty quickly) 2 tablespoons milk, so, as she taught my mother:), potatoes do not darken too fast and too much.

Fry both sides until golden brown.
