Some thought has already dark night. Blindly searching for hoes, rakes and peat:)
And for Sunday lunch ... empty fridge.

Cinnamon pancakes with apples
Modified recipe from "The Year in the kitchen, "Ed. Agora;

1.5 cups flour 1 egg

3 / 4 cup milk 3 tablespoons oil


3 large apples 3 teaspoons of sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cinnamon



pinch of salt oil for frying flour

I join with the sugar, salt, and cinnamon powder.
Separately, mix milk with egg and oil. Then I combine the dry ingredients with milk with additives. I add grated apple to the coarse grater, stir-fry until golden brown.
I've included with sour cream and powder.
