Vikie Sadovskaya-chilap

chops broth. And nothing goes to waste!

Serio. These chops arose from the fact of what I cook chicken soup.
Mama, when I was at work all missed by the razor, she added bran and bread, and came This is such a chops. Light, crisp with flavor, they can successfully add dill and add hot sauce or garlic sauce.




chops

broth 4 chicken legs

6 carrots 2 celery

parsley 4 eggs cup bread crumbs

half cup of wheat bran
pepper, salt
oil and butter for frying

Cooked meat and vegetables from the broth in a food processor grinds. For the weight I add the eggs, bread and bran, mix salt and pepper to taste. Shaped and chops (not rolled individually have them in breadcrumbs)
Fry in hot oil with a little butter - until golden brown.
